Placeholders to fill on registration day
When the SRL is registered, swap in the real values for:
- CUI (e.g., RO 12345678 if VAT-registered, else 12345678)
- J number (e.g., J08/123/2026 — j08 is Brașov's county code)
- Sediu social (the actual registered address)
- Phone number (if K9OS wants one publicly listed; not legally required for online business)
If K9OS is not VAT-registered initially, omit the "VAT" prefix on CUI but keep CUI. Update once the company crosses the RON 300,000 VAT threshold or opts in voluntarily.
Mention this in invoices
Romanian fiscal law (Codul Fiscal) requires invoices to include the issuer's CUI, J number, sediu, and (if applicable) VAT status. ANAF e-Factura templates handle this; verify with the contabil at first invoice.
