What if all founding spots are taken?

We open a waitlist for the next cohort window. Once a module is full, the founding-50% lock closes and new operators pay list price — but waitlist applicants get first refusal on any opened spot.

What if I want to apply for two modules?

Apply for the primary module first. On the call, we will discuss whether the second module fits the same founding agreement — Full Kennel founders typically run all six.

What's the data-rights clause about?

Anonymized session data from your operation contributes to the K9OS AI corpus. The data right survives even if you churn — it is what makes the corpus possible. Your client, dog, and revenue data stay yours.
